Metal-Mechanical Manufacturing

We operate a specialized manufacturing plant focused on the processing of galvanized steel, cold-rolled and hot-rolled black sheet, stainless steel, painted steel, brass, and aluminum. Our capabilities include punching, stamping, welding, cutting, and precision bending of metal parts. We develop metal fittings, elevator brackets, and kits with thermoformed (skin pack) packaging, all under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications. Our expertise also extends to metal components for the construction, electrical, and automotive sectors.

Sheet Metal Cutting

Our 6 kW laser cutting machine can cut within a usable area of 3.080 x 1.53 meters:

  • Brass: 1 to 12 mm
  • Aluminum: 1 to 16 mm
  • Stainless Steel: 1 to 12 mm
  • Carbon Steel: 1 to 22 mm

Additionally, we use a hydraulic shear for precise longitudinal cutting to separate materials.

  • It adapts to multiple sizes and gauges with a cutting capacity up to 1/4” thickness.
  • Maximum cutting length: 10 feet (3050 mm).
  • We provide precise and repetitive cuts for both large and small batches, suitable for structural parts, reinforcements, metal trays, and more.

CNC Punching and Stamping

We carry out pneumatic punching and stamping processes using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) systems, capable of working with a variety of materials and thicknesses. This process creates holes or shapes in metal sheets.

We offer vacuum packaging services of the skin pack type, ideal for kits, sets of parts, or products that require both presentation and protection.

  • Maximum dimensions: 760 x 910 mm.
  • Secures parts to cardboard using thermoformed plastic film.
  • Protects against movement, dust, and handling.
  • Provides a professional finished product appearance.
  • Ideal for commercialization or direct delivery to the end customer.

Hardware and Electrical Material Commercialization

We distribute a wide range of industrial supplies for various sectors. In hardware, we offer screws, washers, nuts, rivets, and automotive fasteners. In electrical materials, we provide connectors, nipples, boxes, couplings, and clamps. For anchoring solutions, we distribute steel anchors and drywall anchors. We also commercialize manual and automatic stretch film with high strength and packaging efficiency.
