Formación y Manufacturas Internacionales (FOMAI) is headquartered on the 22nd floor of one of Mexico City's most iconic buildings—the World Trade Center. Our 120 m² corporate office houses our administrative, financial, and sales teams, who work daily to provide practical and reliable solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Our production plant is located in Querétaro, a city recognized as one of the most competitive in the country, according to IMCO, and strategically positioned in the nation's logistics hub, in the southwestern part of the city. Situated within the business cluster of the Balvanera Industrial Park, our facilities consist of two industrial buildings with a combined productive area of 3,400 m².

To reinforce our service commitment, our plant operations are managed through the SAP Business One ERP system. Implemented in 2022, it provides full visibility, control, and direct reporting, enabling us to confidently monitor product status and ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Our production plant is located in Querétaro, a city recognized by IMCO as one of the most competitive in Mexico, and strategically positioned within the country's central logistics corridor, in the southwestern area of the city.

Situated within the business cluster of the Balvanera Industrial Park, the facility includes two industrial buildings totaling 3,400 m² of productive space. Our offering includes cutting (shearing and laser), punching, sheet metal bending, metal bracket manufacturing, vacuum packaging (skin pack), coating services (painting, pickling, black oxide, and galvanizing), and a skilled team for assembly and subassembly, among others.

We work with a wide range of materials, including galvanized steel, cold-rolled and hot-rolled black sheet, stainless steel, painted steel, brass, and aluminum.

Our punching capacity includes two 30-ton machines with an average speed of 200 strokes per minute, spaced at 1” intervals. We operate a 58-station turret with 2 auto-index tools, allowing for diverse tooling and the ability to process steel from gauge 26 to 3/16", with sheet widths of 1,000 to 1,524 mm and various lengths.

Our sheet shearing system offers a cutting capacity of 6.35 mm (1/4") and a maximum sheet length of 3 meters, with deburring included to prevent accidents and ensure product safety.

Our 6 kW laser cutting machine can cut:
• Brass: 1–12 mm
• Aluminum: 1–16 mm
• Stainless steel: 1–12 mm
• Carbon steel: 1–22 mm. With a usable cutting area of 3,080 x 1,530 mm.

Our bending capacity ranges from gauge 26 to 1/2", with a maximum length of 4.2 meters. We process galvanized steel, cold-rolled and hot-rolled black sheet, stainless steel, painted steel, brass, and aluminum.

Our assembly team is equipped to handle nearly any customer requirement, including the use of PEMS insertion machines, riveting systems (rivet nut and pop rivet), welding by GTAW-TIG, GMAW-MIG, and SMAW (shielded metal arc welding). The team also works with double-sided tapes, edging panels, and both fixed and mobile parts, among many other applications.

Our engineering team translates your technical requirements into production instructions, acting as a bridge between your expectations and our experience. With specialized team leads, your product becomes our priority, ensuring attention to detail and alignment with your product specifications.

Our sales and customer service team serves as your dedicated liaison between your purchasing department and our production line.

Our logistics area includes two loading docks, an inspection and receiving area, and barcode identification on all products—guaranteeing accurate handling and reliable delivery of your order: on time, complete, and with the expected quality.
